JIAO GU LAN

Similar to Ginseng, this plant has a sweet - dry, liquorice type aftertaste. Cholesterol reduction, improvement of metabolism, rich in antioxidants,strengthening immunity, adaptogen as well as improve energy.

Use 1 ball for 375-0,5l (12-24 oz) water. Heat water to 80 degrees and brew 1-3 minutes. Each ball can be re-steeped up to 4 times, still with a full flavour!
